Traveling clockwise on A406
Come off the A406 at the Cooks Ferry Junction (A1009) signposted Chingford, Waltham Abbey, Industrial Estates
At the end of the slip road on the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Harbet Road Industrial Estates (ie you’ve gone under the A406)
At next roundabout take 1st exit You are now on Harbet Road and Hastingwood Trading Estate is about 300 feet down Harbet Road on the rhs where it begins to bend.

Traveling anti-clockwise on A406
¾ of a mile after Crooked Billet Junction (Walthamstow, A112) on the A406 there’s a slip road to your left marked Harbet Road Business Parks.
300 yards down the slip road on your left is Hastingwood.
If you miss the slip road then take the next one (Cooks Ferry) and once you come off Harbet Road is signposted 1st left.

Once on the Trading Estate
Be careful of the speed bump as you come in.
Carry straight on and turn right after about 50 feet
Unit A8 is about 100 feet ahead of you on the left
